Michael Scheiner, a former top fashion house marketer, has been appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the new-luxury, Celebrity Cruises. Sooner in July, Scheiner will join Celebrity and look after all the aspects of brand loyalty and e-commerce globally and drive new customer acquisition. Being new in the travel industry, Scheiner joins at an important moment as his exciting perspective will add on to the Celebrity Cruises.
Reside Worldwide
Juliet Howie has been appointed as the new Vice President of The Global Enterprise Sales based in London, U.K. for Reside Worldwide, Inc., with operations in over 20,000 cities and 60 countries is the premiere prop-tech and alternative accommodations firm. For Reside’s 3Sixty tech platform to major accounts and clients including the Fortune 500 in the Americas, APAC and EMEA, she will be driving increased exposure.
Campbell Travel
Teri Goins is announced as the new President of Campbell Travel, with more than 35 years of experience. The Dallas-based travel agency has a combined experience in high-touch service with industry-leading technology. From Bob Campbell, the President and CEO of the agency who has served off and on for more than three decades, Goins has taken over the role of President. In 2019 February Goins had joined Campbell Travel as Vice President of Business Development.
Central Hall Venues
Deborah Gallagher has been appointed as the Head of Venue for Nicolson Square Edinburgh (NSE) by Central Hall Venues, its first newly launched UK wide site. Deborah will be taking care of all the events at NSE which include conferences, meetings, seminars, training sessions, musical and arts performances as well as filming for TV and the big screen for the newly-created role. At the Creative Arts Quarter, before joining NSE, Deborah acted as the General Manager.
Fairmont Empress
Dan McGowan has been appointed as the General Manager of Fairmont Empress in Victoria, BC by Fairmont Hotels & Resort. She will be taking charge of overall operations, performances and strategic direction for Fairmont Empress. As a General Manager, she brings with her an experience of 25 years working within the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts brand. McGowan held progressive leadership roles prior to his time at Fairmont San Jose, throughout Fairmont properties across North America.
