Messe Berlin (Singapore) will shine the spotlight on MICE show Asia 2019 for the first time. Starting from Oct 16 to 18, 2019, the 3-day business to business (B2B) travel trade show at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands will experience MICE Show Asia under ITB Asia’s umbrella of events.
The participation of diverse group on Asia’s Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) sector will attract gatherings. It will see the participation of groups, of which 47percent are from MICE agencies and 26percent are from corporates like Meetings and Incentive planners. However the remaining 15percent comprises of professional conference or exhibition organizers, 9percent from Associate buyers and 3percent to be present as Independent Planners.
Professionals from meetings, events industries and incentive trade will come together to know about the latest trends from upcoming MICE innovators and network with suppliers.
Katrina Leung, Managing Director of Messe Berlin (Singapore) informed, ‘the global MICE market is expected to witness the highest growth by 2023. A forecast cited by Allied Market Research states that it will grow up to 8.6percent. In the next five years, MICE sector in APAC (Asia-Pacific Countries) will continue to thrive in the region with expected highest growth rate.’
‘ITB Asia continues to grow since last 12 successful years. Corporate travel segments and MICE have fast-growing demands. In MICE Show Asia 2019 the growing demand seeks to capture the attention of the participants and will gain highest value to the show,’ she further added.
Trade partners like the United Networks of International Corporate Event Organizers (UNICEO) and Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) are playing prominent role in Messe Berlin to enrich the conference content and bring buyers on board.
Co-located with ITB Asia 2019, the show is in its twelfth year. In 2018 it was huge a success with more than 7000 minutes of conference, more than 25,000 business appointments and more than 11,000 attendees and over 1000 exhibitors.
